Maintenance

  • Including 1 Year Free Maintenance (Email) after the delivery of final version
  • NOT including the enhancement or new request not defined in the requirement list
  • From 2nd to 4th year, we charge 20% total cost of project annually to continue the maintenance
  • From the 5th year or later, we charge 50% total cost of project annually to continue the maintenance
  • Maintenance fee may be examined when the cost of enhancement of that year is greater the original maintenance fee

  • We will develop a prototype application for you to preview the solution
  • You try the prototype, revise and finalize the requirement by Email
  • You send 50% payment to our Paypal account
  • We will develop the application and send to you for testing
  • You test the application and confirm the development
  • You send the remaining 50% payment to our Paypal account
  • We will send you the final version of the application (with trial settings removed) to you
